Our latest innovation was designed around cooked sauces and the increasing need for portion control without using a sachet. This new process incorporates two of our core competencies portions and cooked sauces.

Saucing Portion, a sauce that is batched cooked and cooled, then formed into IQF portion. Upon cooking the portion reverts back to a flowing consistency.
