| Q&A with our new Head of NPD Gemma Williams |

What is your favourite cuisine?

Mexican is my go to, I have a soft spot for burritos especially when accompanied with sour cream and a freshly made guacamole.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

A traditional roast dinner- I love a good carvery! It has everything you’d need, meat, veg & crispy roast potatoes. What more could anyone ask for!

What is your tipple of choice?

Amoretto on the rocks, or a glass of Zinfandel rose.

Would you rather go 30 days without your phone or your entire life without dessert?

100% without a phone, life without cheesecake or chocolate wouldn’t be much fun!

If you could host a dinner party with three famous people, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?

Probably not at the same time to be fair but they are all such interesting characters!

·         Sir Alan Sugar – his story is inspiring but I often wonder if the ‘rags to riches’ story is even possible in this climate. I’d ask him if he were starting over today, what would he to do differently? Also, where does he find those candidates!

·         Kim Kardashian – I know what you may be thinking, but seriously she is one impressive business woman.

·         Sir David Attenborough – no explanation needed on this one! What a legend!

What is your biggest fear?

Clowns! I don’t understand how anyone can find them funny – they are just creepy and all resemble Pennywise!

What was the last thing you watched on Netflix?

“Locke & Key” – It really hooked me in, although the ending seemed a little rushed. Hopefully there will be another series.

What makes you laugh the most?

Things that catch me off guard – like general clumsiness, falling over and upstairs (you’ve been framed style).   G
